Pay Electronically


Electronic Payments through our Website

Customers who enroll on the AOG website have the option of making electronic payments from a checking or savings account with no added fee. We also encourage you to go green with paperless billing. You can opt for paperless billing by logging in and clicking the "View/Change Profile" link followed by the "Change Electronic Billing Preferences" link.

Online "One-Time Payment"

Make a single electronic payment with AOG's "one-time payment" service, using Debit, Credit, Checking or Savings. You must enter your AOG account number and card information each time, as this is a non-enrolled service that does not store your information. There is a convenience fee to use this service. AOG receives no revenue from this transaction fee.

Pay by Phone

You can pay your AOG bill by phone by calling 1-888-749-1085. Payments are accepted by electronic check, debit or credit card. To confirm receipt of your payment information, customers must call AOG Customer Service at 479-784-2000 or 1-800-842-5690.


Convenience fees will be charged by AOG's payment processor, KUBRA, for all Debit or Credit Card payments. AOG receives no revenue from this fee. If you choose to opt out of the automated system and talk to a Kubra Customer Service Representative, KUBRA will charge you an agent assistance fee of $1.00 in addition to the standard convenience fee.


Pay by Mail

When paying by mail, be sure to allow 7-10 days for your payment to arrive by its due date. Write your AOG account number on your check and enclose the top portion of your bill to ensure your payment is properly credited to your account. For security, never send cash.

eBill Notification

Instead of waiting days to receive your bill via mail, AOG can send you a monthly email notification when your natural gas bill is available to view online. You can take advantage of paying your bill electronically at the same time. You will also have access to view past bills and payment history.


Customers who sign up for eBill notification only will continue to receive their paper bill through the mail.

Paperless Billing

As an AOG customer, you can enjoy the convenience of Paperless Billing while you also make a positive impact on the environment.


With Paperless Billing there are no statements to misplace and less clutter in your mailbox. And you can pay your bill online in a matter of minutes.


But there's more. Paperless Billing also benefits the environment by reducing paper consumption and cutting down on waste. By eliminating your paper bills, you can save tons of paper and preserve hundreds of trees.


E-bill notification is required to participate in Paperless Billing.

How to Avoid Service Interruption When You Receive a Cut Off Notice

Customers who are late making payments and receive a cut off notice can act immediately to avoid service interruption.



To avoid an interruption in your service or to reconnect gas service customers must confirm payment information with AOG Customer Service at 479-784-2000 or 1-800-842-5690.


Using these channels does not guarantee cancellation of a scheduled same-day service cut-off but, once verified, will provide payment confirmation to get your service restored. All other payment methods are subject to delays, so consider your payment due date before selecting a payment method.
